Vice President of Programming at WABC-TV, Art Moore, is well-known for his work on the hit chat show “Live with Kelly and Mark.”
In addition to producing popular series like the enduring Academy Award preview program “Road to Gold,” Moore has won numerous Emmys.
However, a lot of people are unaware that Moore is David Boreanaz’s uncle and godfather.
Moore is the godfather of David and his son Jaden Rayne, therefore the two have a tight bond with Boreanaz. They are alumni of Ithaca College.
Moore holds a degree in drama and a minor in television/radio from 1966. He is still an instructor at the college. Similarly, Boreanaz pursued his love of performing and majored in photography and film.
David Boreanaz appeared on “Live with Kelly and Mark” on August 2, in honor of his uncle Art Moore’s upcoming retirement in September. David played a game called “Stump Mark: Art Moore Edition.” Throughout the game, Boreanaz shared two declarations:
Growing up, Uncle Art would take me to the Five and Dime Store in his Lincoln Continental,” and “Uncle Art would always stay after guests left to talk and gossip.
The second assertion, which disclosed the intimate and personal relationship between Boreanaz and his uncle, was surprisingly accurate.
